What kind of results can I expect?
It honestly depends on how badly you want to achieve your goals and how hard you are willing to work.
On average; most clients lose approximately one pound of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often lose 5-10 pounds in a six week period provided you follow your fitness program.
How do I know which program is right for me?
It all depends on your fitness goals. You first have to identify what you want to accomplish. Once you know, look at the different programs (training programs) we offer and see which one is a good match.
If you're still not sure, don't worry, we can help you establish realistic goals and recommend the right program. Just call us at 310-378-4866 or e-mail us at email@example.com
How often should I meet with my Personal Trainer?
This depends on your goals, how quick you want to achieve them, your schedule, time you have to exercise and your budget. When considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on earth that is more important.
On average, most of our clients get the best results when they meet with their Personal Trainer at least 3 to 4 times per week.
Some of our clients start our meeting with their trainer 3 times per week and after sometime decrease the frequency as they progress, learn, and are able to continue working towards their goals on their own.
