Curtis Mann

Curtis Mann

Curtis Mann is the Facility Operator/Founder and Co-owner of End Results Health & Wellness Center, Torrance, CA. He has been a personal trainer since 1991 and is a certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The International Fitness Professional Association (IFPA), and is a certified teaching instructor with IFPA, he has a nutrition certification with APEX Association. Professional member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association, and is CPR certified through The American Red Cross.

Curtis is an honorary Ambassador for the Wellness Community South Bay, American Cancer Society and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. He specializes in Weight loss, Body toning training, Sports Specific Athletic training, Post Secondary Rehabilitation Training, Prenatal and Postnatal Training and is a Cancer Fitness Specialist.

Dominic Amici

Dominic Amici

Dominic Amici is Co-Owner of End Results Health & Wellness Center, Torrance, CA. Graduated from The State University College at Buffalo in 1997 with a B.S in Health and Wellness, a concentration in Nutrition, and a Minor in Coaching. He has been a personal trainer since 1998 and certification through American Council on Exercise (ACE). Dominic has trained high school, collegiate and professional athletes the past 13 years, enhancing their performances through sport specific strength training. He also is a Golf Conditioning Specialist, certified through GMP Fitness since 2000. Dominic was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Golf College from 2003-2006.

A native of Ithaca, New York, Dominic has been involved in athletics since age 5. He was a High School All American in three sports, Football, Basketball and Baseball. In 2002, he was inducted into the Ithaca High School Hall of Fame for all three sports. Dominic played collegiate Football from 1992-1994, Basketball from 1993-1995 and Rugby from 1994-1996. Dominic holds certificates in Plyometrics, Speed and Agility Training, Advanced Strength Training, Core Fitness, and Sports Nutrition through Continuing Education Classes (CECs).

Bobby Delos Santos

Bobby Delos Santos

Bobby has a long history with health and fitness. As a child he was chubby or as his Mom used to say "Husky". In High School he began to dabble in Martial Arts and wrestling and once into college at Sacramento State his passion for Martial Arts and Fitness began to go into full swing. In the 1990's he was co owner of South Bay Martial Arts and Fitness in Hermosa Beach, Ca. He has over twenty years of experience helping himself and others determine their workout and meet their goals.

Bobby is dedicated to health and fitness and has been determined to broaden his expertise concerning fitness and nutrition. This dedication has revealed itself through the passion and fun Bobby exhibits in helping others reach their fitness goals. Bobby believes anybody can do it and gets a kick seeing peoples faces when they see his 'before' pictures. Bobby has worked with men and women, young and old, beginner and expert.

To stay up to date on the latest fitness developments, Bobby spends his 'off' time studying online and attends several hours of fitness related continuing education courses yearly.

Ellis McGeHee

Ellis McGeHee

Ellis is a Creative, Dynamic trainer with an intense, versatile background in weight training and martial arts..

Ellis has 24 years olympic weightlifting experience and won a variety of competitions throughout the 90's. Ellis also has17 years of personal training experience with the ability to blend and functionalize different exercises that challenge clients of all levels and promote fat loss, muscle gain and muscle toning. Ellis has an eye for detail that is second to none and stresses proper form in any exercise that he teaches.

Ellis also has an extensive martial arts background: He is a Certified instructor in Filipino Martial Arts, a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has extensive training in Shooto, Combat Submission Wrestling, Capoeira and Muay Thai Kickboxing.

Adam Baker

Adam Baker

Adam Baker has been a personal trainer for over 2 years. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and has numerous certificates in health and fitness. He is currently attending Cal State University Long Beach where he plans to obtain his bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. He is also currently working at South Bay Orthopedic Specialists as a Physical Therapy Aide. Adam plans to obtain his CSCS and go to physical therapy school to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy.



Adel Fernandez


Adel Fernandez

Adel graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Biology. He had full intension of pursuing a career in the medical field. However, it was his ill grandmother that changed his direction in life. While helping to care for his ailing grandmother he realized that much of her condition could have been prevented by simple exercise and good nutrition. Having been exposed to weight training and sports conditioning, Adel realized that he could take that knowledge, combine it with his education from Northridge and help people at a preventative level.

Shortly after graduation Adel obtained his Fitness Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as a nutrition certification from the APEX Association and has been working as a National Certified Fitness Professional for over 14 years.

Claudia Rivero

Claudia is a Master Personal Trainer that has been involved with fitness and nutrition for over ten years. National Certifications include NASM CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer), NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), NASM PES (Performance Exercise  Specialist), TRX Certification, Global Institute of Alternative Medicine Nutritional Consultant Certification as well as AED and CPR certified through the American Red Cross. Claudia is committed to obtaining results and seeing transformations in my clients by personalizing each program to fit each individuals’ life style, fitness goals, needs or limitations, and by focusing on healthy lifestyle changes. By incorporating the key components of fitness, she will help you obtain your goal effectively by tailoring a program to fit your needs.
